Shaun Goodyear
Founder & Owner
Shaun has had a passion for jewelry since he was a small child. Playing with small gems and making and selling jewelry in high school. In 1999 a chance encounter pointed him in the direction of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). After visiting the campus and world headquarters of the GIA in Carlsbad, CA with his father, he knew this was his dream and immediately made plans to attend. Shaun graduated in the top of his class with an on-campus degree in 2001 as a Graduate Jeweler Gemologist with Design and Wax. While attending GIA he had the pleasure to study jewelry design and hand rendering under the world renowned Robert Ahrens. Robert was previously the head designer for Van Cleef and Arpels.
Shaun has spent a large part of his career in the retail side of our industry. He has worked with some of the biggest independent jewelers and has a passion for those special moments people use jewelry to celebrate. He is an accomplished diamond buyer, jewelry designer and business owner.
Shaun’s loves traveling with his wife and family. He has a love for cars he got from his father and a true passion for the outdoors.
Tiffany Goodyear
Co-Owner / Finance & Human Relations
Tiffany is responsible for enabling our operational excellence across the company and building capabilities for Jacanna’s future growth.
Formerly in business she served as the Global Director of Sales and Business Development/ Expansion. In these roles, she was responsible for overseeing multiple levels of management and sales teams, leading market expansion into new industry sectors and geographies, developing partnerships and introducing innovative global sales techniques to the organization.
Tiffany has served on many industry impact initiatives and is a recognized leader and speaker. She enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her husband and children.
